Hello S&T staff, faculty and friends,

I hope everything's going great for you! Today, I want to say a big thank you to all our S&T family members. You're all amazing! Your hard work and commitment mean a lot, and they're helping build our students' future and making our big goals come true.

At S&T, we've always wanted to give the best education, and that's all thanks to you. It doesn't matter if you teach, help out behind the scenes or keep our campus looking nice – each one of you plays a big role in helping our students learn and grow.

Our North Star goals are like big dreams for what we want to do in the future. They show how we want to make a big difference in our community, society, and the whole world. But remember, it isn't the job of just one individual or even one department; it's all of us working together like a team. Here are our goals:

  • Attain Carnegie R-1 classification.
  • Grow enrollment to 12,000 students.
  • Achieve a top 100 ranking.

So, as we move forward, let's keep working together with lots of enthusiasm and a clear purpose. Know that what you do is changing lives and helping us get closer to those big North Star goals. Go team!

Kind regards,

Jackie Sansone
Staff Council President
